Abstract:

This lecture will examine several landmark cases to elucidate the legal responsibilities that medical institutions must assume. Specifically, it will address the obligations of medical institutions concerning medical records management, common types of tort liability in medical malpractice disputes, and the compensation responsibilities arising from infections due to non-fault blood transfusions.
